Kate Nash

There’s a bit of a buzz around old Kate Nash, her debut single ‘Foundations’ had a number 2 debut in the top 5 after 3 weeks.

Kate has been causing a storm on the live scene. She was one of Glastonbury’s highlights or 2007 and also played an amazing set at T In The Park.

Her extremely catchy and witty lyrics have been compared with those of her pal Lily Allen.

I love Allison Weiss.

Her new cd arrived in the mail yesterday, it came signed, included a badge, a Pokemon card and little note thanking me for being great!

At only 19 years old, Allison Weiss has an enormous amount of confidence. That’s not to be confused with arrogance.

Weiss is adept at the self-promotion required to tackle the task, particularly online at Myspace and www.allisonw.com.

It’s not often I purchase an album where I love every track. This is one of them. The lyrics are quirky, unexpected and charming.

I’m going to have to get Ingrid’s other album now.
